A personal written treatment plan
A female patient who attended having been told that their bridge that had fallen out could not be fixed back in. She was already unhappy with the appearance of her previous crowns and bridge, and was concerned about how her smile could be fixed.
The solution was to remove her many of her upper teeth and design an implant solution to provide a great smile and give fixed, natural looking teeth. This was achieved using an implant supported bridge with quality ceramics. The new implants and necessary grafting were all carried out in one painless visit, and before long we were able to re-construct her new smile and give her back the confidence she had lost.
The treatment progressed well with no complications, resulting in a pain free, successful result. Her smile was perfect again, without the risk of crowns falling out all of the time.
The patient was able to socialise again and enjoy eating out with friends and having the confidence to smile.
A female patient who attended with loose teeth following years of suffering with gum disease. Her teeth had become very loos and were drifting forward giving an uneven, goofy smile. Both her upper and lower teeth were loose and the thought of the forthcoming loss of all of the teeth was proving a very distressing prospect.
She wanted to have a straight even smile and to be able to chew without pain form the loose teeth. Years of painful gum treatment had also taken it’s toll on the patient and she suffered from extremely sensitive and painful teeth.
The solution was to remove the loose and painful teeth and provide dental implants to support a fixed bridge for the ultimate smile and function. The teeth were removed and implants placed at the same visit, thus minimising the amount of surgery required, and avoiding multiple lengthy painful procedures.
Before long we were able to provide temporary bridge work on the new implants, eventually progressing to final quality ceramic bridge work, made by our Kent based laboratory.
The treatment progressed well with no problems. Her initial anxiety over the prospect of losing all of her teeth due to gum disease was overcome by a fabulous final set of upper and lower fixed bridges. The final teeth have given pain free chewing with a great smile. Complete confidence in chewing and smile restored.

A male patient who attended with a poor smile cause by previous loss of teeth and those remaining becoming loose and drifting. Upper and lower teeth were very poor in condition and appearance, meaning the patient was in need of a smile and along with chewing teeth.
The condition of the teeth had resulted a lack of confidence in both chewing and smiling.
The solution was to remove the failing and painful teeth and provide dental implants to support a fixed bridge for the ultimate smile and function. The teeth were removed and implants placed, along with reconstruction of the jawbone for support of the new implants.
Temporary bridge work was initially placed on the new implants, eventually progressing to final quality ceramic bridge work, made in our Kent based laboratory.
A male patient who came in to see if anything could be done for his extremely worn teeth and lack of ability to chew. He had lost back teeth over many years of dental treatment and felt in a hopeless predicament.
The was no teeth to smile with due to years of wear, and the lack of chewing teeth meant he was unable to eat many types of food.
The solution was to establish chewing teeth at the back of the mouth. This would also mean less stress on the front teeth in future. The front teeth were restored using advance dental techniques, avoiding the need to extract all of the teeth.
Dr Moynes’ experience in both restorative dentistry and implants meant the entire case could be managed in our clinic and the correct sequencing of treatment could be achieved.
The treatment progressed well and soon the patient was wearing temporary crowns and bridges to test the new smile and bite. Once everything was perfect, the final work was constructed and fitted to the patient’s gratitude.
He was now able to eat and smile with complete confidence.
A female patient who attended after years of failing teeth and multiple dental treatments, now with dentures and finding wearing them difficult. Her quality of life and confidence were poor and wanted to be able to smile and eat properly again.
She wanted the best outcome, with even straight teeth, along with the use of her natural gum for the ultimate smile.
